AB PE 30N is a masterbatch containing 30 % natural Silica in a LDPE carrier. It is used to prevent blocking of PE films during wind-up and to allow easy opening of PE bags and sachets.

AB PE 30N can be used in both Cast or Blown film processes. The type of Silica used gives excellent surface friction to LDPE & LLDPE films without adversely affecting the film transparency.

AB PE30N is compatible with other polyolefines.

The selected cristobalite has an average particle size of 5 microns, a refractive rate of 1.48, a very low absorption of the other organic additives (oleamide-erucamide gliding agents, antioxidants, processing aids …) and a high purity.
